This means that often, the time you need the most help is once the trainer has left. Our philosophy is that training is a continuous process and can never truly be completed in one day. That is why all full-day training courses come with our 6-month Support Guarantee.
This service comes as part of all full-day training packages and means we will provide unlimited, one-to-one support for the six months after your training to answer questions and help ensure that your training can be put to good use.

Our guarantee includes unlimited support, no matter the topic or what your training was about. You can email us or phone us anytime; we will help answer your questions and fix your issue as soon as possible.
You can also request a short 30-minute virtual meeting to go through any questions you have or refresh your memory on topics we covered during the training.

It is possible to pay to extend your support period beyond six months and continue to receive unlimited support.

Yes! Every full day of training purchased comes with 6 months of support, starting from the day of training booked.
If multiple training days are booked within six months, the support guarantee will expire six months from the last training date
Guarantees do not stack. Two consecutive days of training do not result in 1 year of support. Support will expire 6 months after the second day of training.
