Training

We typically complete 3D Printing training on-site at your location. This allows us to complete the training on your machine and ensure it is fully operational. If training on a new machine, this typically requires you to have your machine on site prior to the training taking place.

Alternatively, we can complete training at a number of locations across the UK for your convenience.

Online training is not typically suitable for on-machine training but can be completed by request.

EduCAD provides training for ALL major 3D printers & slicing software.

Printers we commonly train in include those from:

• Bambu Labs

• Prusa

• Ultimaker

• Raise3D

• Ender

• MakerBot

• Any-cubic

• Flashforge

But other printer brands are absolutely fine. Please let us know what brand of printer you have prior to the training.

This training day is extensive and by the end, you will be able to use your machine in a number of scenarios. Below are all topics covered:

• How to set up your machine for printing

• How to slice a 3D model to be manufactured

• Understanding the key 3D printing settings and how they should be adjusted

• Starting a 3D print

• Monitoring and understanding errors in 3D prints

• 3D printer maintenance

• Understanding of different 3D printing materials
